RECORDING HISTORY Surveying the scene in the common hall, Francis Hovland, junior, films for the upcoming Turnabout pep rally video. This year, Student Government and CEC have promoted videos as alternatives to physical pep rallies for both Homecoming and Turnabout. “It is a lot easier now that we know what we are doing,” Francis said. “Basically, we contact the clubs, we have them sign up for filming slots, we tell them what our schedule is and then they fill in the gaps.”
