Correction Oct. 12, 2021: Due to a typo, this story originally indicated block scheduling will return this year. As of now, MHS is not to return to block scheduling this year.

Research conducted by the Principal’s Advisory Committee concerning block scheduling starts today, with an email survey possibly being sent to students and staff. Though as of now MHS is not set to return to block scheduling this year, according to Mr. Mike Wells, principal, the committee is studying its possible benefits for the future. The studies being done by the committee members are set to last until December, with various factors being taken into consideration, such as lesson plan adjustment and student outlook.
